About the Event

Presenter Bio

Julie Brenneise, MA, LMHC has master’s level training in both art and play therapy, and her approach integrates these modalities with relational neuroscience and Internal Family Systems. Drawing

from specific training, and both professional and personal experience with Autism, ADHD, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), Julie's therapeutic approach views neurodivergence through a lens of radical acceptance and

compassion. Julie operates her private practice, Heart Centered Therapy, PLLC in Tacoma, WA and provides teletherapy services throughout Washington State.


Julie has extensive experience supporting kids and teens across educational, recreational, and therapeutic environments. Her therapeutic career has focused on supporting individuals ages 3+
